Dayna is an SVP at LSG who brings more than 15 years of experience across a range of expertise, including corporate communications, brand PR, crisis communications, change management, public affairs and sustainable development. Prior to joining LSG, Dayna spent 10 years at The Heineken Company where she held a variety of leadership roles in the United States, Amsterdam, and Indonesia. She most recently served as the Head of Corporate Affairs and a member of the Board of Directors for Multi Bintang Indonesia, HEINEKEN's operating company in Indonesia. Throughout her career she has worked across multiple industries including travel, CPG, alcohol, banking and consumer lifestyle. Dayna started her career on the consultancy side with roles at Emanate PR (Omnicom) and Grey (WPP). She is a proud graduate of UNC Chapel Hill (go Tar Heels!). Her first book, The Youngest One in the Room, was recently published in February 2025.
