Kelly is an EVP where she is responsible for building and maintaining the company culture through a positive employee experience. Kelly oversees LSG’s human resources department, benefits, hiring, staff training, and professional development. Kelly also manages communications and public affairs campaigns, providing strategic counsel and helping clients solve complex challenges. She brings over a decade of communications and management experience to LSG, previously working for a national trade association and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie.
