Jackeline leads LSG’s Culture + Society practice, helping colleagues and clients navigate and engage with cultural nuances and societal issues. She has nearly 20 years of experience helping organizations grow and protect trust with underrepresented audiences and has worked with leaders at the highest levels of brand, business, and government to develop dynamic, hyper-resonant strategies that activate communities. Prior to joining LSG, Jackeline led Polycultural Consulting at Burson and Edelman working with brands including Unilever, Google, and Microsoft. She founded the civil rights and racial justice portfolio at Spitfire, collaborating with organizations like the Ford Foundation and the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. She served in the Obama Administration as Press Secretary at the U.S. General Services Administration and currently sits on the Board of Directors at UnidosUS.
