Phoebe is a vice president at LSG, specializing in developing and executing communications strategies and media relations at the intersection of policy and press. She brings extensive experience in navigating complex federal issues, managing reputation for high-profile government leaders, and leading rapid-response communications. Prior to joining LSG, Phoebe served as the Communications Director for the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee, overseeing all communications operations and directly advising Chair Susan Collins (R-ME). Her career also includes working at a bipartisan public relations and government relations firm. Phoebe is a proud Maine native and graduate of Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.
