WASHINGTON, D.C. – LSG, a leading impact agency helping clients grow, evolve, and protect their brands and reputations, today announced a new senior addition to the firm’s advocacy practice as well as several leadership promotions in Washington, D.C.
Emanuela Cebert, Principal, will join LSG’s powerhouse advocacy practice, where she will be responsible for designing and implementing impact-driven campaigns across numerous sectors, including finance, energy, hospitality, and healthcare.

In addition, LSG also announced three key senior leadership promotions. Kelly Klass Bourne has been promoted to Chief People Officer, Brian Parks has been promoted to Head of Advocacy, and Nick Schneeberger has been promoted to the Head of Washington, D.C.

New LSG Senior Members
Emanuela Cebert, previously served as Senior Director of Global Business Development for MGM Resorts International, where she led global business development, government affairs, and ESG strategy. Before MGM, she served as Director of Statewide Outreach and Special Projects for Access Healthcare Connecticut, where she oversaw strategic planning, enrollment operations, and outreach for Connecticut residents to obtain healthcare coverage. Emanuela earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Haven and a master’s degree from Howard University and is based in D.C.
LSG Leadership Promotions
Kelly Klass Bourne has been promoted to a new role as Chief People Officer. Kelly will oversee LSG’s culture and employee experience and assume all human resources duties, including hiring, professional development, staff training, benefits, and employee engagement.
Brian Parks has been promoted to a new role as LSG’s Head of Advocacy. Brian will run LSG’s advocacy services and focus on adding new tools and resources to further develop the firm’s work influencing federal, state, and local public policy including through legislative and regulatory processes.
Nick Schneeberger has been promoted to a new role as the Head of Washington D.C. Nick will be responsible for the firm’s reputation within the Beltway and beyond, expanding LSG’s best-in-class service offerings and overseeing talent management.
